1.Dark Chocolate - Chocolate & Peanut Butter Banana Bars
Ingredients:- 1 bag Alter Eco No Added Sugar Dark Chocolate Organic Granola
- ½ cup unsalted roasted peanuts
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 small banana, mashed until smooth
- Pulse the granola and peanuts in a food processor for 5 seconds.
- Mix together the peanut butter and mashed banana until smooth.
- Transfer the peanut butter-banana mixture to a bowl along with the granola and peanuts.
- Stir until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and press down until uniformly distributed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cutting into bars.

- ½ cup raw or toasted pecans
- ½ cup dried cranberries, finely chopped
- ½ cup cashew butter
- Juice and zest of 1 orange
- Pulse the granola and pecans in a food processor for 5 seconds.
- Transfer to a bowl along with chopped cranberries. Stir.
- Mix the cashew butter, orange juice, and orange zest until smooth.
- Pour into the bowl with the granola.
- Stir until well incorporated.
- Transfer the mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and press down until uniformly distributed. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours before cutting into bars.
3. Cinnamon Raisin - Almond and Raisin Bars Ingredients:

- ½ cup toasted slivered almonds
- ¼ cup dried raisins, roughly chopped
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ⅓ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- Pulse the granola and almonds in a food processor for 5 seconds.
- Transfer to a bowl along with chopped raisins and cinnamon. Stir.
- Mix the almond butter and maple syrup until smooth.
- Pour into the bowl with the granola.
- Stir until well incorporated.
